You pay a deposit that can be:

  • or refunded when you return the kit

Yes, collection is free if you purchase the prosthesis.

What happens if I don’t place an order?

If you return the item without making a purchase, a €6 contribution will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you can return the kit yourself without any deductions.
