Yes! We can’t create a standard hairstyle; everyone has their own hairstyle. We recommend visiting a trusted barber or hairdresser to get a custom cut. You’ll be able to wear the hairpiece and go about your day just as if it were your own hair.

What’s the difference between the various base materials (PU, lace, mono, etc.)?

Each base has unique characteristics. PU is durable and easy to clean, lace is more breathable and invisible, and mono is long-lasting and ideal for those seeking greater longevity. We also offer hybrid solutions that combine the advantages of each base.

What is the most suitable prosthesis for an active lifestyle?

We recommend lighter, more breathable bases such as lace or ultra-thin PU for those who play sports or sweat a lot. We also have specialty adhesives to ensure maximum hold.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of dispatch. Dispatch usually takes 2–4 days, as the hair systems need to be assembled shortly before shipping. Since they are made from natural hair, they cannot be stored for long in order to ensure maximum longevity.

What is the average lifespan of your prostheses?

Durability varies depending on use and care, but some prostheses can last more than 12 months.

What does the 3-month hair loss guarantee cover?

Yes, we’re the only ones in Italy to offer a 3-month guarantee against unusual hair loss that exposes the base.

Coverage applies only to obvious defects, not damage caused by improper use. Each case is assessed using photos/videos.

Can I wash the prosthesis every day?

Yes, the prosthesis is designed to withstand daily washing while maintaining its appearance and quality.
